How It Works

1. Introduce Yourself: Email me at kiln9.ceramics@gmail.com with:
   • Who you are, your project, and its location
   • The quantities and styles you’re looking for
   • Whether you’re interested in custom branding or exclusive designs
   • Your timeline
2. Proposal: I’ll follow up with a few questions and a price list of available options. For custom work, I’ll develop designs suited to your project.
3. Design Fee (When Applicable): Custom projects requiring significant design work or samples may include a design fee, which is credited toward your final order.
4. Production & Delivery: Production timelines start at 12 to 15 weeks and are confirmed for each project. Minimum order is 30 pieces. Once we confirm your timeline fits my schedule, I’ll begin creating your pieces.
